1. General Terms of Service & Pricing

By subscribing to or using any Tormuto Information Technologies software application, merchants and institutions agree to abide by our acceptable use standards, account security obligations, and automated billing cycles:

• SchoolViewers (Cloud EMIS): Operates on a freemium and flexible per-student subscription model for primary and secondary educational institutions.
• BestPOSApp (Retail & POS Suite): Operates on a fixed-tier subscription model (Foundation Free, Growth at ₦14,900/mo or ₦149,000/yr, and Professional at ₦34,900/mo or ₦349,000/yr).
• Service Delivery: All software services are delivered digitally and instantaneously via cloud infrastructure upon payment confirmation.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscribers may cancel their recurring software subscriptions at any time, and access will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period. Because our platforms grant immediate access to cloud infrastructure and digital enterprise tools, subscription payments are generally non-refundable and we do not issue prorated refunds for unused time or mid-cycle downgrades.

Refund Exceptions: Full or partial refunds (or account credits) are granted strictly in the event of verified duplicate billing, payment gateway technical errors, or prolonged unscheduled platform outages. Refund requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days.

3. Privacy & Data Protection Policy

Tormuto Information Technologies acts as a Data Processor for the operational records (student data, inventory, and sales logs) uploaded by subscribing institutions and merchants, and as a Data Controller for account registration and billing records. All data is encrypted and stored on secure cloud servers. We do not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties for marketing purposes. Financial transactions are securely processed via PCI-DSS compliant gateways (including Flutterwave).
