Tormuto Technologies. (“we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your Personal Data.

We will act as a ‘processor’ on behalf of your affiliated organization in respect of that Personal Data. Your affiliated organization will act as a ‘controller’ in respect of that Personal Data and is responsible for obtaining all necessary consents and providing you with all requisite information as required by applicable Data Protection Laws (as defined below).
